The operator creates B2B-customers and defines their users (administrators), parking quotas and parking products (e.g., 24/7 contract parking). The user immediately receives the service details by e-mail.
The operator provides the necessary data carriers (e.g., keycards and/or keytags) to the B2B customer.
After login, ‘sweb.Contract B2B’ allows the user self-management of parking permissions; these are assigned to data carriers (either via manual input of the identification number, or automatically via RFID-reader)
B2B customers are free to create any number of parking permissions, regardless of quota restrictions.
Quotas can be suspended temporarily.
The parkers use the parking permit in accordance with the parking product’s specifications (e.g., 24/7 contract parking). Applicable extra charges for overparking can be paid at the facility or by invoice.
